About Martin

Martin Weber has spent more than two decades helping companies grow within the Promotional Products industry.
As co-owner of Promomedia and later Facilis Group, he worked closely with entrepreneurs, sales organizations and leadership teams across North America.
Throughout his career, Martin has participated in virtually every aspect of the business—from sales and business development to operations, organizational growth, strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
Having experienced both the opportunities and challenges of building companies, he now focuses on helping ownership groups and leadership teams think through important strategic decisions, identify opportunities and avoid costly mistakes.
Today his work includes strategic advisory engagements, operational consulting, growth initiatives and M&A-related projects within the Promotional Products industry.
